As responsible individuals we need to give back to the society from which we get so much. There are so many in our society who could do with good dental care but cannot afford it. Level III workshops are all about correcting that situation apart from dealing with the actual dental problem! 
 
As you see in this picture, it is a synergy between the experience of Dr. Lele and the eager enthusiasm of inquisitive dentists who are keen to gain more hands-on knowledge.
 
In this process, a patient pays less for more as the participating dentists pay part of the cost for being able to participate in a wet-finger demonstration and 1:1 interaction. And there is definite benefit for everyone involved.
